Natalie serves as the Parents' Day Out Director and Kids Ministry Co-Director at First Baptist Church. A lifelong member of FBC, Natalie was both baptized and married here, making the church a deeply meaningful part of her story and her faith.

Natalie attended Texas A&M University, where she earned a degree in business and served on the executive board of Aggie Sisters for Christ, a student organization of more than 500 members. Her heart for leadership and ministry has continued to grow ever since.

Natalie is married to JP, and together they have two children, Nolan and Catherine. She is the owner of a marketing business, Clo & Co, and loves to help out FBC’s tech and sound team when needed. Beyond the church, she enjoys serving the community through the local Rotary Club and as a board member of the Fairfield Education Foundation. You can find her most Sundays with a coffee cup in hand and you’ll likely hear her down the hall before you see her.

Natalie is grateful for all the Lord is doing in the lives of children and families at FBC, and she is honored to be part of the Kids Ministry team.
