Karen began serving FBC Fairfield in 2012. She enjoys her varied job responsibilities and relishes “checking things off the list.”

Karen married Thomas in 1985, a year before graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in education, and while both were serving on a church-planting team. They have three adult children and four amazing grandchildren. In addition to spending time with family, Karen enjoys reading, watching movies and analyzing human behavior.

Her favorite scripture is Psalm 86:11: “Teach me your way, O Lord, and I will walk in your truth. Give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name.”
